TravelagenciesinChinahavebeengivenpermissiontoresumegrouptoursthatcrossprovincialborders,followingaperiodofsuspensionduetotheCOVID-19epidemic,theMinistryofCultureandTourismsaidinthecircular.However,grouptoursinthoseareaswithmiddleandhighCOVID-19risklevelsandoverseasgrouptoursarestillnotallowed,saidthecircular.文化和旅游部发布的通知指出，各地可恢复旅行社经营跨省（区、市）团队旅游，中、高风险地区不得开展团队旅游。出入境旅游业务暂不恢复。受新冠肺炎疫情影响，跨省（区、市）团队旅游一度暂停。
说到“暂停”，我们可能立即会想到pause这个词，不过，在具体使用的时候，pause更偏重“短时间暂停（后继续进行某事）”的意思，比如：Hetalkedfortwohourswithoutpausingforbreath.（他说了两个小时的话，都没有停下来喘口气。）Onleaving,shepausedforamomentatthedoor.（离开的时候，她在门口停顿了一下。）而上文中的suspension及其动词形式suspend多指“把事情停下来一阵子（直到有后续的决策）”，比如：Tourgroupsweresuspendedbecauseoftheepidemic.（由于疫情原因，团队游被暂时叫停了。）这里的“暂停”一般会持续一段时间，直到形势变化允许这件事能继续进行。
Thelimitonthenumberofvisitorsallowedintouristattractionswillbesetat50percentofthemaximumcapacity,accordingtothecircular,anincreaseonthepreviouslimitof30percent.各地旅游景区接待游客量由不得超过最大承载量的30%调至50%。

Thecircularalsorequiredtravelagenciestoprovidesufficientprotectivematerials,includingmasks,body-temperaturetestingequipment,anddisposablegloves,fordrivers,tourguidesandtourists.通知还要求旅行社为司机、导游和游客提供口罩、测温设备以及一次性手套等防护装备。
TouristsshouldshowtheirhealthQRcodestotravelagencieswhensigningupforgrouptours,andhavethecodescheckedagainbeforestartingtheirtravels,accordingtothecircular,stressingthattouristswithabnormaltemperaturesarenotallowedtojointours.游客报团时需向旅行社出示健康码，行程开始时需再次查验健康码，通知强调，体温异常的游客不允许参团。
